Ms. Huyen has extensive experience with commercial, corporate, accounting, tax, and banking matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, venture capital, joint ventures, licensing, and a significant amount of international asset-based financing and cross-border leasing work. She offers succinct and practical advice to both businesses and individuals on various issues including tax and banking, assisting clients with any tax examinations and reviews.

Prior to joining Bud & Prairie, Ms. Huyen was an associate at a national firm based in Hanoi, focusing her practice on a wide range of tax, accounting, consulting and bookkeeping services. She applies her scientific and legal training toward acquiring, protecting, and managing intellectual property rights for clients Ms. Huyen is recognised for her work in intellectual property, such as trademarks, industrial designs and copyright.

• Advised on tax compliance process extending to all taxes, including corporate income tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), Withholding Tax, Personal Income Tax and Social Health Insurance;
