Mr. Long’s practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution, patent reexamination, patent invalidation and patent administrative litigation. He has successfully represented many top companies in patent prosecution. He has handled nearly a thousand patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, among which many are patent reexamination cases. Mr. Long has drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in Vietnam and many countries outside of Vietnam. Mr. Long is also very experienced in representing clients on invalidation or patent administrative litigation cases
