Mr. Hai’s practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has successfully represented some major corporations in patent prosecution. He has handled hundreds patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of Power Electronics, Motor and Control System, Semiconductor, Battery, Embedded System, Automation and Control. Mr. Hai has rich experience in drafting and provides professional service relevant to Intellectual Property Strategy and patent mining. He has drafted many patent applications for clients so far and filed these patent applications in Vietnam and many countries outside of Vietnam, such as the USA, Japan and Europe. In addition, Mr. Hai also provides clients with professional service in many patent affairs, such as patent reexamination cases, patent invalidation cases and patent litigation cases.
