Mr. Hieu’s practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has successfully handled hundreds of patent filings and prosecuting cases for a plurality of well-known corporations, covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of computer and information processing, semiconductor technology and optical engineering. Mr. Hieu has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, some patent invalidation cases and patent litigation cases.
