Tuan practices in all areas of intellectual property law and focuses on patent prosecution, litigation and counseling. He is also experienced in administrative proceedings for the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in matters such as patent and trademark protection and anti-counterfeiting.

Tuan has many years of patent and IP practicing experience. He is an attorney at law and registered patent attorney, and had practiced in major law firms for many years before joining China Sinda. He has helped clients obtain, protect and enforce patents around the world, especially in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. He also provides strategic consultation to clients for their China and global patent protection and strategies.

Tuan is experienced in patent litigation before the People’s Court and patent invalidation proceedings . He is also experienced in administrative proceedings at provincial and local agencies for the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, and has helped clients successfully combat counterfeiting and piracy that involve patents, trademarks and copyrights.
